To use the Services, there is no age limit. But you confirm that all information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

Course Enrollment and Fees
- To enrol a lesson, you are required to buy the lesson paying the particular price of the lesson.
- We may offer payment plans or discounts at our discretion.
- All fees are non-refundable, except as otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.
Lesson Access and Completion
- You will have access to course materials for a period of one year. If you want to access the lesson even after one year from the purchase, you have to renew the lesson by paying a discounted fee.
- You are responsible for completing course requirements within the designated time frame.
- We may revoke access to courses for failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions or our Code of Conduct.
Course Materials and Intellectual Property
- All course materials, including text, videos, presentations, quizzes, and other resources, are the intellectual property of GSCM Academy or its licensors.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for personal and educational purposes only.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display course materials without our express written permission.
User Conduct
You agree to use the Services in a responsible and ethical manner, and you agree not to:
- Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold GSCM Academy harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in Colombo, Sri Lanka, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Sri Lanka.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and GSCM Academy with respect to the Services and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications or agreements.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice. Your continued use of the Services after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
