Refund and Returns Policy

GSCM Academy strives to provide high-quality educational resources and ensure your satisfaction with our learning platform. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary.

Our policy is outlined below:

1. Full Refunds:
1.1 If customer experiences technical difficulties other than those arising from customer’s end due to any reason such as low internet bandwith and connection issues that prevent him or her from accessing or utilizing the purchased lesson within the first 7 days of enrollment and have only accessed a small portion of the content (less than 20%), he or she is eligible for a full refund. Please contact our support team to troubleshoot the issue or request a refund.

2. Partial Refunds:
2.1 If the customer experiences technical difficulties other than those arising from customer’s end due to any reason such as low internet bandwith and connection issues that prevent the customer from accessing or utilizing the purchased lesson within the first 7 days of enrollment and have accessed a significant portion of the content (more than 20%), the customer may be eligible for a partial refund (50% of the price).

3. Non-Refundable:
3.1 If the customer encounters technical issues other than those arising from customer’s end due to any reason such as low internet bandwith and connection issues beyond the first 7 days of enrollment, we will do our best to resolve them promptly. However, refunds are not guaranteed in these cases. We may offer alternative solutions like technical support.

3.2 We cannot offer refunds solely due to a change of mind or choosing not to utilize the lesson after purchase.

3.3 We can not offer refunds if the customer accidentally purchase a wrong lesson. We encourage students to carefully review the lesson description and preview materials before making a purchase.

Please contact our support team at info@gscmacademy.com within the applicable timeframe outlined above. Be sure to include your order number, the name of the lesson purchased, and a brief explanation of your reason for requesting a refund. Our team will review your request and respond promptly.

Additional Information

Our platform and lesson content are continually updated and improved. We cannot offer refunds based on changes made after your purchase.
