Madusha is the Founder of GSCM Academy and an experienced academic professional with a strong background in lecturing, student mentoring, and research. He has lecturing experience in Sri Lanka as a state university lecturer and has taught for professional examinations such as ACCA, CMA, and AAT for several years, helping students achieve prize-winning results.

He also brings valuable international experience from India, where he has lectured in ACCA PM and produced top scorers, in addition to lecturing at Indian universities. His academic work as a researcher in Human Capital and Technology strengthens his commitment to deep, meaningful, and student-centered education.

Renowned for conceptual clarity and in-depth teaching, Madusha helps students move beyond memorisation to genuinely understand each subject. He uses practical, relatable examples to explain complex concepts and trains students to confidently approach comprehensive and challenging examination questions.
